Shawn Fitzpatrick is a local bicycle shop owner, bike racer and spinning instructor. Not only did he commit a year of his life to train and compete in the Fight To End Cancer 2013, he has continued his support ever since. A week prior to the FTEC, he and his team are riding bicycles from Toronto to Niagara Falls in the Ride to Conquer Cancer raising over $30,000 for Princess Margaret Hospital. Some of his friends currently have cancer but he isn’t just fighting for them. He’s fighting for all the people he loves that will find out in 10 or 20 years that they have cancer.
