A Sneak Peek At The Fight To End Cancer 2018 Official Campaign

This year’s Fight To End Cancer (FTEC 2018) Fight Team had a 6:30 AM call 0n Sunday, February 25th, at the Old Mill in Toronto. Our Fight Team received their own full superstar treatment, while Team Canada celebrated their success at the closing ceremonies of the Winter Olympics. A team of talented hair and makeup artists prepped our heroes for the Official 2018 Fight To End Cancer Promotional Campaign shoot. The transformation from fighter to supermodel was completed by stunning formal wear provided by TIPTOP Tailors, now in its fifth year of partnership with FTEC.

2018 Fighter, Matt Seahra, gets interviewed in the Royal Oak Room inside the luxurious Old Mill. The Old Mill Toronto has been our official venue partner since 2013. The Old Mill has 16 function rooms and a private chapel and wedding garden, providing one of the largest and most flexible venues in Toronto. Today they were launched into the largely unfamiliar territory of photoshoots, media events and video diaries. This, beyond the countless hours of training required of our Fight Team in the gym. The atmosphere on set was buoyant as the camaraderie within the team infected everyone around them, despite the early morning start and paparazzi pressure.

The results of the nearly 12 hour day are a collection of breathtaking photos and videos that will form the heart of the promotional material for the Fight To End Cancer Gala Fundraiser being held Saturday, June 2nd 2018, at the Old Mill Toronto in support of the Princess Margaret Cancer Foundation.
