Since joining forces with us in 2014, Grafton Apparel—our official FTEC national ambassadors—has independently raised over $2 million through initiatives across more than 130 stores nationwide, including Tip Top, George Richards Big & Tall, and Mr. Big & Tall.

From September through December 2025, Grafton launched their in-store and corporate campaign in support of Fight to End Cancer. With an initial goal of $500,000, their dedication and community engagement pushed the campaign beyond expectations, raising $559,659.76 for The Princess Margaret Cancer Foundation. Their head office contributed $202,000, while stores across Canada raised an additional $358,000—making 2025 their most successful year yet.

Each participating store exceeded expectations, generating exceptional support for the GTx Program.

Through these extraordinary efforts, Grafton Apparel’s contributions have helped bring total funds donated to The Princess Margaret Cancer Foundation to over $4 million. Looking ahead to 2026, Grafton has once again committed to leading the Fight to End Cancer with the launch of their “Wear Your Support” campaign, featuring exclusive FTEC keychains and lapel pins in all Grafton stores across Canada. Their continued momentum points toward another strong year of impact.

We are deeply grateful for the unwavering commitment, creativity, and generosity of the entire Grafton Apparel family, for standing beside our mission and being such an integral part of the Fight to End Cancer community.

As Canada’s leading men’s clothing retailer, Grafton Apparel operates 136 stores nationwide across Tip Top, George Richards Big & Tall, and Mr. Big & Tall, along with three e-commerce platforms. Founded in 1853, Grafton brings a rich heritage of quality menswear, serving men of all sizes across the country.

Fight To End Cancer hit the $4,000,000 milestone this year through Grafton Apparel’s initiatives and their 2025 campaign!

About The Fight To End Cancer
The Fight To End Cancer (FTEC) is a year-round initiative driven by ambassadors, sponsors, and volunteers worldwide. Since our inception in 2012, we have donated over $4 million to the cause. Funds raised by FTEC go directly to the GTX Program at The Princess Margaret Cancer Foundation. Each year, we honour the hard work and dedication of our FTEC family through alternating events: a black-tie charity boxing gala and our newest initiative, The Friday Night Fights ‘To End Cancer’. Our mission is to raise funds for cancer research year-round with the support of the local community and business owners. Together, we will end cancer in our lifetime.
