The Fight To End Cancer has always been about more than what happens inside the ring.

Fight To End Cancer is a movement rooted in courage, compassion, and community—one where every punch thrown is a stand against one of the world’s most relentless diseases. This year, we are proud to welcome Workwolf as a valued partner in that mission.

Melanie Lino will be stepping into the ring on May 31 as one of the official Fight To End Cancer corporate fighters.

As part of our FTEC2025 Charity Gala, taking place on May 31st, Workwolf is stepping into the fight in a powerful way—by sponsoring one of our incredible fighters, Melanie Lino. Representing more than just physical strength, Melanie brings heart, purpose, and relentless determination to every round of her journey.

Fighting for a Future Without Cancer

Melanie Lino’s decision to step into the ring is deeply personal—driven by a desire to make a difference in the fight against cancer. With Workwolf in her corner, she represents what this event is truly about: individuals and organizations coming together to create real impact, one round at a time.

The support of sponsors like Workwolf enables us to fund vital cancer research, raise awareness, and bring people together under one shared goal: a future without cancer. Their commitment to being a force for good within their community mirrors the very spirit of our organization.

A Cause Close to Home. In their words:

“At Workwolf, we believe in the power of innovation, resilience, and community. Cancer has touched the lives of so many—our colleagues, friends, and families—which is why we are honoured to participate in and sponsor this important event. For us, this isn’t just about raising funds; it’s about taking action. It’s about standing with those still fighting, remembering those we’ve lost, and supporting the research that brings us closer to a cure. Every effort counts, and together, we can create a future where cancer is no longer a battle anyone has to face.”

– Erik Simins

As we count down the days to fight night, we invite everyone to rally behind Melanie, Workwolf, and the entire FTEC2025 Fight Team. Whether you’re attending the gala, donating, or simply helping us spread the word—you are a part of this fight.
