Inspired by the 2023 Fight To End Cancer Charity Boxing Gala, Connor Gibb, of Gib-San Pools, felt compelled to take action. Seeing the impact of FTEC’s mission firsthand sparked a desire to get involved in a meaningful way. The perfect opportunity came with the launch of Kingsway Boxing Club’s new recovery and wellness center, a space that will host the charity boxing team throughout the year.
Kingsway Boxing Club has been a cornerstone of the community for nearly 20 years, empowering individuals through competitive boxing programs, youth initiatives, and training opportunities that have helped athletes achieve international and Olympic success. The new Norseman Street facility, now open, will further enhance its offerings with a full wellness program featuring Cold Plunge and Sauna therapies, designed to support athletes and community members alike.
