The Grafton Apparel Family Is Fighting Cancer In Style By Donating Over $175,000.00

Tip Top Tailors and the Grafton Apparel Family have been proud partners of the Fight To End Cancer since 2014.  The teams across Canada have redefined the fight in ways we could only dream of.  This year alone,  the Grafton teams, including Tip Top Tailors, George Richards and Mr. Big & Tall Menswear, have managed to raise and donate over $175,000 and raised over $235,000 for Fight To End Cancer since launching their ‘Wear Your Support’ Campaign in 2017.
Tip Top Tailors donates their time and formal wear to the Fight To End Cancer campaigns every year.  This ensures that our fighters look and feel elegant and strong, during the official campaign photoshoots.  This support is a huge part of what makes Fight To End Cancer the momentous event that it is every year.

Tip Top Tailors stepped up their game this year, with a hearty goal of $75,000 towards Fight To End Cancer in support of The Princess Margaret Cancer Foundation.  They launched their campaign on May 1, 2018, accepting donations in their stores and online. They had exceeded their goal by June 30, by more than 100%, raising over $175,000 across Canada in just 2 months.
Grafton Apparel also ran their “Wear Your Support” campaign online and in all of their stores across Canada.  The campaign included rounding up amounts at the register and selling their own Fight To End Cancer tie clips for $20 each, with 100% of the sales donated to the cause.  These combined efforts enabled the company to exceed their already ambitious goal.

This isn’t the first time that Tip Top Tailors has found a unique way to help us reach our goal of creating a cancer free world.  They partnered with Fight To End Cancer in 2015, with the awareness campaign #iFightCancer, with all proceeds going  directly to benefit the Princess Margaret Cancer Foundation.  This campaign was run through the sale of postcards, available at all Tip Top Tailors locations across the GTA, for a small donation.  The postcards gave those donating the opportunity to share why the cause meant so much to them and how they personally had been affected by cancer.

Fighting cancer is woven into the of the fabric of the company.  In their own words:

“Tip Top Tailors and the entire Grafton Apparel family of companies is honored to join The Fight to End Cancer in supporting FTEC’s annual fundraising efforts.  Between the 100% proceeds from the sale of our Fight To End Cancer tie bars, along with the generous participation of our over 1100 employees across the country, we raised over $175,000.00 this year, which will be going directly to The Princess Margaret Cancer Foundation.”

We could not be more proud to have Grafton Apparel in our corner as we work towards smashing barriers and reaching new heights for cancer research with Fight To End Cancer and the Princess Margaret Cancer Foundation.  We are blown away by the dedication and loyalty that they have shown to the cause over the years, and look forward to many more years of successful collaboration!
