September marks the launch of Grafton Apparel’s 2025 Wear Your Support campaign

September marks the launch of Grafton Apparel’s 2025 Wear Your Support campaign, with Tip Top and George Richards Big & Tall Menswear locations across Canada once again uniting in support of The Princess Margaret Cancer Foundation. Through their unwavering support and nationwide initiatives, Grafton has contributed over $2 million since 2017.  In 2024, they reached a record-breaking milestone, raising $500,000 in a single year — their most successful campaign to date. Building on this momentum, Grafton now aspires to surpass the $2.5 million mark in total funds raised through the 2025 campaign.

United for a Cause

What started as an employee-driven initiative has grown into a nationwide movement. From head office to the sales floor, Grafton staff are united by a shared purpose: to help change the future of cancer. Each year, their efforts have surpassed expectations, and 2025 is already off to an incredible start. At Grafton’s recent Managers’ Conference, an additional $12,000 was raised through their team raffle, bringing this year’s ambitious $2.5 million goal closer to reality.

Supporting Groundbreaking Research

Every dollar raised through Wear Your Support goes directly to The Princess Margaret Cancer Foundation, one of the top five cancer research centres in the world. Funds fuel life-saving programs like the Guided Therapeutics (GTx) initiative led by Dr. Jonathan Irish, advancing research and treatment strategies that are shaping the global fight against cancer.

A Culture of Giving

Grafton Apparel has woven philanthropy into the fabric of its business. The Wear Your Support campaign has not only generated vital funding but also created lasting connections between employees, customers, and communities touched by cancer. From coast to coast, Canadians are invited to take part by visiting any Grafton store and making a donation — a small act that contributes to life-changing impact.

Grafton Apparel has been a dedicated sponsor of The Fight to End Cancer since 2014, taking on a prominent presenting partner role since 2017.

Looking Ahead

The 2025 campaign is more than a fundraiser; it’s a promise to keep fighting until cancer is defeated. With the strength of its team, loyal customers, and long-standing partnership with the Fight To End Cancer, Grafton continues to prove that when we come together, there is no limit to what we can achieve.

Over the years, The Fight To End Cancer display has been a highlight at the White Oaks Tip Top store in London, Ontario. Each year, the White Oaks team surpasses expectations, consistently setting new records in their dedicated Fight To End Cancer campaign.

Grafton’s Campaign: Wear Your Support!

Each year, Tip Top and George Richards Big & Tall Menswear locations nationwide invite customers to “Wear Their Support” by making a donation of $20 or more, receiving a commemorative Fight To End Cancer key chain or lapel pin in return.

Launching every September, Grafton Apparel’s in-store campaign proudly supports the Fight To End Cancer, with all proceeds directed to the GTx Program at The Princess Margaret Cancer Foundation. Since its inception, the Grafton family has raised an incredible $2 million through this powerful initiative — and this year, they are aiming higher than ever.

Exciting new activities, including competitive pizza parties, raffles, draws, prizes, and talent shows, are set to rally even greater community engagement. With the strength of their employees, customers, and partner companies, Grafton Apparel is anticipating another record-breaking year in the fight to end cancer.

Grafton Apparel is deeply committed to keeping the public engaged in their mission. They aspire to be a driving force in the battle against cancer through their various initiatives. Recognizing the pervasive impact of cancer, they are steadfast in their fight on behalf of survivors, victims, and those who have lost loved ones. Notably, Grafton Apparel’s CEO, Lance Itkoff, personally reaches out each year to vendors and supporters via email, expressing both gratitude and encouragement for their unwavering support.
