Raising The ‘Tie-Bar’ In The Fight To End Cancer: Announcing Grafton Apparel As A Presenting Partner for 2019

The Grafton Apparel Family have been proud partners of the Fight To End Cancer since 2014.  Grafton Apparel has never been content with doing just enough since its founding in 1853.  The Grafton teams across Canada have redefined the fight in ways we could only dream of, in addition to donating their time and formal wear to the fight team.  In 2018,  the Grafton teams, including Tip Top TailorsGeorge Richards and Mr. Big & Tall Menswear, managed to raise and donate over $175,000 and have raised over $235,000 for Fight To End Cancer since launching their ‘Wear Your Support’ Campaign in 2017.  The ‘Wear Your Support’ Campaign exchanges a Fight To End Cancer tie bar for every donation of $20 or more.

Grafton Apparel has taken their support for The Fight to End Cancer to the next level.  We are incredibly proud to announce Grafton Apparel as a Presenting Partner for 2019, joining Landscape Plus Ltd. And Combustion Training.  We are truly humbled to have such incredible partners lending their skills, time and voices to raise funds and awareness on behalf of The Princess Margaret Cancer Foundation.

Grafton Apparel President, Lance Itkoff gives an interview on the Grafton Tie bar sold for donations across Canada at all stores including Tip Top Tailors, George Richards and Mr. Big & Tall Menswear.

Led by CEO Lance Itkoff, Grafton Apparel employs over 1,100 Canadians and operates 143 stores across Canada under four men’s specialty apparel banners: Tip Top TailorsGeorge Richards and Mr. Big & Tall Menswear, and Kingsport.

Fighting cancer is part of the fabric of the entire Grafton Apparel organization as demonstrated in their own words:

“Tip Top Tailors and the entire Grafton Apparel family of companies, is honoured to join The Fight to End Cancer in supporting FTEC’s annual fundraising efforts.  Between the 100% proceeds from the sale of our Fight To End Cancer tie bars, along with the generous participation of our over 1,100 employees across the country, we have raised over $235,000, which has been donated directly to The Princess Margaret Cancer Foundation”

We could not be prouder to have Grafton Apparel in our corner as we work towards smashing barriers and reaching new heights for cancer research with Fight To End Cancer and the Princess Margaret Cancer Foundation.  We are blown away by the dedication and loyalty that they have shown to the cause over the years and look forward to many more years of successful collaboration!

About The Fight To End Cancer
The Fight To End Cancer (FTEC) is a year round initiative carried out by ambassadors, sponsors and volunteers worldwide.  Over $1,000,000 has been donated to date since our inaugural year in 2012.  Funds raised by FTEC are donated directly to the Princess Margaret Cancer Foundation.  Each year we celebrate the incredible hard work and dedication of our FTEC family with a black-tie charity boxing gala.  This gala showcases ten men and women who represent our Official Fight Team.  Our goal is to raise funds for cancer research year-round with the support of the local community and business owners.  Let’s make a difference now in the fight to end cancer for a long and successful future for everyone.  This is an event like no other and has quickly become one of the most anticipated events in Toronto. www.fighttoendcancer.com
