EVENT DAY: FRIDAY OCT 18, 2024
Location: The Old Mill Toronto (21 Old Mill Rd.)
Entrance: Upper Circular Drive (flag entrance)
Parking: Parking is included in Old Mill Lots located across the street from the Spa Entrance and over the bridge (Download Pass)
Event Staff Dress: (unless otherwise stated)
- All event staff should bring reusable water bottles.

- Ladies – Black Dress Shirt and Pants (Option of Long Black Dress)

Ring Girls – Running Shoes, Shorts and Black Tank Top (Will be provided Robes, high Socks)

Dancers, Musicians, Performers etc: Dress how you feel… Funky Fresh

ARRIVAL AND TIMING:
THURSDAY OCT. 17 – SETUP (6PM – 11PM)
- Boxing Ring Setup Complete
FRIDAY OCT. 18 – EVENT DAY TIMING
- 7:00 am – Q Production Setup
- 12:00 pm – Initial Setup Complete By Old Mill & AV| Final Setup Complete 3pm ALL SECTIONS
- 3:00 pm Tech Rehearsals
- 4:30 pm – FTEC Event Support Arrivals
- 4:30 – 5:30 pm – Staff Check-in (all Event Staff Must Check-in Before 5:30 pm)
- 5:00 pm – 6:00 pm – Fight Team & Official Food – HUMBER ROOM
- 5:30 pm Sharp – FTEC Event Staff Orientation – ALL TEAMS PRESENT HUMBER ROOM
- 6:00 pm – Boxing Ontario Officials & Fighters | 6:00 pm – Fighter Medicals and Weigh ins – MILL ROOM
- 6:15PM – 6:30PM – EVENT OPEN TO VIP GUESTS
- 6:30 pm – 7:30 pm – Fight Team & Official Food – HUMBER ROOM
- 6:30 pm – 7:30 pm – VIP RECEPTION (All guest food and alcohol is strictly for VIP Guests)
- 7:30 PM – GENERAL ADMISSION OPENS
- 7:50 PM – OPENING CEREMONIES
- 8:00 pm – 11:30 pm – Fight Night Begins (10 Bouts)
- 10:00 pm – Raffle Winner Announcement
- 10:30 pm – Air Canada Silent Auction Winner Announcement
- 11:30pm – Event Clean-up: All Staff Required for post event clean up (excluding fight team) – we will be moving all items to the York room for next day pickup – this shouldn’t take long
SAT. OCT. 19 – FINAL CLEAN UP (MUST BE COMPLETE BY 12PM)
