The Fight To End Cancer (FTEC) team is honoured to receive the continued support of Humbertown Jewellers!

Ferit Tecimer, Owner and President of Humbertown Jewellers, is well aware of the innovative and ground-breaking work The Princess Margaret Cancer Foundation continues to provide for all those directly affected by cancer. His daughter is a family physician in the community and sees directly how important Princess Margaret’s services are for her patients. His son-in-law is a physicist at Princess Margaret, which has allowed Ferit to gain a greater appreciation and understanding of Princess Margaret’s important role in new discoveries through its cutting-edge research programs.

It wasn’t until he met with Jim Mosher, though, owner of Landscape Plus Ltd. (FTEC’s presenting partner), that he was introduced to the Fight To End Cancer. Ferit never thought he would be involved in anything related to boxing, but after Jim’s enthusiasm and his known commitment to doing everything “just right,” he decided to meet with Jennifer Huggins, founder of the Fight to End Cancer. Ferit was inspired by her vision, her goals, and her commitment to giving back to the community. He knew right away that he would do whatever he could to help Jennifer knock out cancer!
