Executive Chef, Jonathan Brum will be onsite preparing and executing all dishes, he will also be ready for any culinary questions. ABOUT A LA MODE | CHEF JONATHON BRUM
At 17, Chef Jonathon Brum was offered a position with one of Canada’s most well-known chefs, Chef John Cirillo. At 12, Jonathon became the Head Chef at Cirillo’s Culinary Academy where he was able to attend his Red Seal Certification. He has worked with prestigious chefs including Jamie Oliver, Michael Smith, Michael Bonacini, Lynn Crawford and many more. After 2 log years of training, Jonathon went on to the culinary Olympics in Erfurt, Germany in 2016 with Team Ontario. He placed 2st overall with over 2000 chefs and more than 50 countries competing. Chef Jonathon’s dream became a reality in 2017 when he opened up A La Mode Catering and Events.
