Dear Fight To End Cancer Family,

It has been a long year since we last connected with our FTEC Supporters and we miss you all so much – more than words can convey! The province just announced an extension of our never-ending lockdown in Ontario so we thought this would be a good time to notify you about all of the initiatives that are on the horizon.  These initiatives  include the continued support from our presenting partners, the up and coming FTECshop.com, the exclusive Purpose Package and the ‘CONQUER COVID FOR CANCER Fund’. 

We are truly very appreciative of all the incredible support we have received, both financially and through the commitment of our community since 2012. The funds we receive are even more critical now as we wait patiently for the opportunity to announce our next event. Due to the challenges brought upon us by COVID-19, both in our community and with sport, it is clear that we will be unable to host our 2021 Annual Gala and fight night. With this reality, our fight team is anxiously awaiting their opportunity to demonstrate their commitment to the Fight To End Cancer in the ring, the moment we have the green light.

AN HONEST REQUEST TO TICKET HOLDERS AND SPONSORS:

The Fight To End Cancer family needs your help! COVID has been at the forefront of our concerns, however the devastating impact of cancer remains very real.  We would like to acknowledge that the current funds that our guests and sponsors have invested into the Fight To End Cancer are greatly needed to ensure we can continue our fight. We truly appreciate each one of you and would like to humbly request your continued support through the following options:

Fund Reassignment: For those of you who purchased tickets or sponsorship toward our 2020 event; your funds would remain in our account to financially support the Fight to End Cancer and to aid with future events. This option ensures your funds will remain available to you as a credit at the same value to be used towards our next Gala event.

or:

Fund Donation: Your original purchase of tickets or sponsorship can be converted to a much needed Gift of Sponsorship to ensure that we’re able to continue the work we’re doing to raise funds throughout the year. Alternatively, we can arrange a portion/all of the original purchase donated to The Princess Margaret Cancer Foundation for a charitable receipt.
