Just over a month out from FIGHT NIGHT, we are putting the spotlight on the incredible guys and gals of #FTEC2017. Next up is our Bout 3 Fighter, Andrew “The Lion” Noel!
Andrew is a husband, father of two and co-founded GALE Partners with a group of friends – a next generation marketing agency built to help their clients solve tomorrow’s problems. Andrew attended the FTEC2016 Gala last spring and immediately knew he wanted to be involved.
“I attended the event in 2016 as a guest. Within five minutes of being there, I turned to my wife and said ‘I want to be a part of this next year.’ What an incredible event!”
What does the Fight To End Cancer mean to you?
“It means not having to hear story after story of loss and suffering from this terrible disease. Young or old, family or friend, me or you; it means putting an end to it.”
Andrew has set a goal of raising $20,000 for The Princess Margaret Cancer Foundation and is over 20% of the way there with just over a month to go! The Princess Margaret Cancer Foundation is one of the Top 5 Cancer Research Centres in the World and every dollar raised will benefit their research. “I’ve done more burpee’s in the last 60 days than I have in the previous 40 years of life. Virgil dishes cruel and unusual punishment and takes a sick sort of pleasure in dishing out extra counts. Never drop your mitts in the ring.”
How do you see the fight going?
“…I see it being the fight of the night. I expect a war in that ring. Two lads swinging until one of us drops…sounds about right.”
